Ikonic Spirits is an online platform for ordering alcoholic beverages. It enables customers of the legal drinking age to order wine, and spirits online and have them delivered to their homes or picked up from nearby stores.

You can purchase alcoholic beverages from the comfort of your home using Ikonic Spirits’ most practical and distinctive method. Our website curates the entire inventory of surrounding retailers.

Yes, there are delivery charges associated with every order placed on the Ikonic Spirits website. The order summary on the cart page will include a note about the delivery fee, which varies from store to store.

You can add Delivery Notes to your order on the checkout page under the delivery details section

We submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer once you cancel the order. It will take 5-10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account. The number of days also depends on the bank

The delivery address of the order cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. We request you to get in touch with the store for more information.

Delivery times are not guaranteed by Ikonic Spirits. Our neighborhood stores handle the delivery, and they are in charge of it. When your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email notification. However, a variety of outside events, such as traffic and weather, could cause the delivery to be delayed.

You must sign in with the credentials you used to place the order in order to cancel one. After successfully logging in, select “My Account” > “My Orders”. You may view each and every order you’ve ever made, store by store, here.

Click the “Cancel Order” button after locating the order you wish to cancel. You will be prompted to provide a reason for the cancellation of the order after selecting “Cancel Order,” while this is not required. For the final confirmation, click “Yes-cancel order” one more, and your order will be canceled.

This is not possible if your order has several items and you want to remove part of them. Even accidentally clicking the Cancel Order button will cancel the entire order.

Yes, we recommend you be present at the time of delivery of the order. The delivery person will ask you to verify your age by presenting any government-issued photo ID that clearly mentions your date of birth or age. It is mandatory to show the pro

Yes, you can place an order at Ikonic Spirits anytime. In this case, the order process would remain the same that is in the business hours of each store. You can place the order outside the business hours but you will be able to pick up your order or get your order delivered during business hours only.

We do not currently offer live tracking, however, you can check the status of your orders by receiving emails and notifications. Each stage of the emails and alerts you will get for your orders is detailed below.

  • Accepted Order – this says that your order has been accepted by the store.
  • Rejected Order – this says that your order has been rejected by the store due to some reason.
  • Order Ready – this says that your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Order Picked Up – this says that you or a person on behalf of you has picked up the order from the respective store.
  • Order Cancel By Store – this says that your order has been canceled due to some reason.
